Service o Ford Excursion 2002, Sep. 16. 2020 oil change and adjustment of parking brake. Parking brake returned in worse condition than when I left it there for service. Sep. 22, left it again for parking and adjustment of parking brake. Parking brake returned in worse condition than when I left it there for service. Sep. 22, left it again for parking brake adjustment, got it back in worse condition than on Sep. 16. Sep. 25 called for Kevin and left msg. Sep. 28 called for Kevin no reply or return call. Oct. 14 called for Kevin left msg no return call. Jan.6, 2021 two calls for Kevin, got callback to disk bill from Sep. 16, 2020. Every time I left it at Cam Clark for oil change and got home and checked the dipstick, I had to add 1.5 L oil myself. The Excursion had all new brake parts installed to no avail, as of to day May 13, 2021 parking brake still not working. On Feb. 4, 2021 Kevin was going to research the issue. As of today May 13, 2021 still not a word from Cam Clark Ford. More
