I recently purchased a truck from John from Cam Clark Ford Airdrie. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received from John. He was knowledgeable about the features, patient with my questions, Ford Airdrie. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received from John. He was knowledgeable about the features, patient with my questions, and accommodating throughout the sales process. One thing that stood out to me was his willingness to listen to my needs and provide a recommendation based on my specific requirements, like towing capacity and low mileage. He didn't try to upsell me on features I didn't need, and I felt he genuinely cared about finding the right truck for my family and me. Overall, I would highly recommend John and his Finance Manager Matt to anyone in the market for a truck. John and Matt are knowledgeable, friendly, and provided an excellent customer service ever step of the way. Thank you to John and Matt for making my truck-buying experience a positive one. More

Dealer is okay, it’s the inability of the service department to do their job with the non availability of parts. To me it is unacceptable for a new vehicle with 26,000 Kms to have an oil leak and the department to do their job with the non availability of parts. To me it is unacceptable for a new vehicle with 26,000 Kms to have an oil leak and the parts are unavailable. Ford can still build trucks but not have bolts needed to fix my truck? Why not stop building and complete all the service repairs needed for your existing customers. I have the feeling now that since I bought I’m of minor importance and Ford needs to hook the next guy/gal to get their money. It’s all about the bucks. I’ve read a few forums and I’m not the only one. The items needed for all repairs are being used to build new vehicles instead of taking care of us. Frustrated and annoyed I am and I’m leary to go forward with my trip. More

I don't typically write reviews but this last experience I had about a month ago is brewing inside of me and is frustrating me enough that Ill do a review. I mean no offence but not satisfied at all with me I had about a month ago is brewing inside of me and is frustrating me enough that Ill do a review. I mean no offence but not satisfied at all with mechanic competence. I took a day off work to get my 2020 F150 grinding noise dealt with and end result is it still grinds and is getting worse. The mechanic said it was brake noise but after driving these F150,s for last 13 years and having IWE issues in past I can 100% confirm it is IWE grinding and not brakes. Plus I drive for a living and I know what brake noise is. If its brake noise then how come when I put my truck in 4x4 the grinding noise is gone? I was actually embarrassed when that explanation was given to me. So, now what does a guy do? drive in 4x4 to prevent the grinding noise??? I cant do that. The customer service was fantastic from the booking agent and the service advisor...however, at the end of the day I just want competent mechanic to diagnose and resolve the issue, that's why I came there. Why cant they just fix it? Fix the problem. I feel like the mechanic just wanted to get the truck in and out quick as possible... on my work order he didn't even do a vacuum test of the IWE.. why not? Why not rule out all possibilities? Anyways, not a good end result for me. And why no service loaners? sticker price of this truck is $67,000 yet I have to rent a car or find my own way to work at 630am, or take day off of work... so I took a day off from work and all for nothing, what a waste of my time. Period. Will I be coming back- probably not. If I have to rent a car to get this truck fixed under warranty ill try different dealership Will I be buying another F150? Nope All the best... More
