I don't remember who we were dealing with by the front desk but service was good but not happy on the condition of the truck after picking up. I spent alot of time cleaning the truck after a road trip jus desk but service was good but not happy on the condition of the truck after picking up. I spent alot of time cleaning the truck after a road trip just to get it back with greasy finger prints everywhere! The door, hood, fender and door frame all with greasy finger prints. They could have atleast cleaned it off after they dirtied it. On the test drive they obviously took it through a puddle because again all dirty under the wheel wells. I suggest they take alittle more pride on customer vehicle's especially when they see it that clean. We also mentioned about the protection under the front passenger wheel well coming loose...again...if they could take a look and see if they could fix. They fixed it alright, cut it off with it sticking out even more so if you make a sharp turn it's hitting the front wheel. It's in the shop now for a recall and to have them fix under the wheel wells because both sides are loose. I better find the one that was cut, replaced with a new one! Usually everything is excellent when we go there for anything but this time not happy! More
