Poor oil change service, no response to the poor service, poor recall service, no response there either. It seems only positive feedback is warranted. Had some updates done to my Escape SEL & also had the unit serviced for an upcoming trip. Dealt with Dan KanHai in service & also with a gentleman who gave me a ride home & picked me up when the work was unit serviced for an upcoming trip. Two guys at the counter when you walk in are friendly. Had service on work van and they let me know about services that where over due and where able to complete them while I waited. Coffee machine and snacks available and chairs with slidable work desks where nice. Used the quick lanes and had no complaints about the service or the work. However I think they need to update the online booking system as it let me book on a day they where closed and the second time I booked it was a double booking. I think if they can dial in the booking system they can improve. More

Wonderful experience with Chad at Cam Clark Ford. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I had so many questions. I was very confused by the whole process, and I was nervous about finding a This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I had so many questions. I was very confused by the whole process, and I was nervous about finding a car that matched what I needed. I thought I would have to settle with a vehicle as opposed to finding a perfect fit. Chad was able to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. He was patient with me and met everything with a good sense of humour. When I told him about what I was looking for on a vehicle, he found several choices, each with their own merits, that checked off every list item I had. He took the time to explain each vehicle's features, it's history, and pricing options. He was fast to reach if I had any questions outside of our scheduled meetings, and since I was out of a vehicle (my car was a write off from a hit and run), he was willing to step up to help me get around town. He gave me plenty of time to try each vehicle, drive it around town and up the highway. When we finally found my perfect one, he sat with me and broke down the financing page by page. He clarified everything and made sure I understood each part before we moved on. When we finally found my perfect vehicle, he made sure to sit with me and identify where everything was, how to find things such as tire pressure, drive modes, etc. (The car I had prior to this was a 2008, so all these fancy screens and tech is new to me). Chad was friendly, open, honest, and kept me laughing through the whole experience. I was treated with respect, and felt like I was family. Couldn't recommend the cam Clark team enough!
