I feel like I just got a new friend. When I told them that I wanted to get a 2024 tremor, but to be honest, I'm not that confident that I will get the truck because of my credit score, and im self-employed. But for some reason. This Guys they make me believe that I will gonna have the truck I want. Days passed, and they kept updating me, telling me to just be patient, and I would have the truck I wanted. One day, they called me and said that I got the approval. No words can explain. These people make my dream come true. They work really hard just to help me. Also, Sir Shawn, who also works hard to get the approval. I want to say thank you so much again to Ed Wan & Critz Catalan, the best experience, the best dealership. And just to mention, we have our 2 year old kid every time we came there, but they treated him so nice as well. They play with him and give him something to play and eat. This is my second vehicle with Ed and couldn’t have went any smoother. Came in on a Saturday afternoon with my wish list and Ed was able to show me multiple vehicles in my category.
