I just purchased my new F-150 with Ron Down and the Cam Clark dealership in Airdrie, Alberta., and Ron made this a great experience for me. Ron was an exceptional sales representative. He was always available and he always took the the time to answer my questions and my concerns. I purchased a truck and a day later I changed my mind and wanted to purchase a different truck. Ron made this happen for me, and I'am greatly appreciative for the assistance that Ron provided with this. I would not want to buy another car from anyone else. Thank you Ron for not only selling me the car of my dreams, but also for being a stand up gentleman that I will keep in contact with. worst experience with a car dealer to date I should have walked away and bought something else but the truck matched what i was looking for. First the salesman was condescending to both myself I should have walked away and bought something else but the truck matched what i was looking for. First the salesman was condescending to both myself and my wife, what vehicles we were currently driving, and how we were wanting to finance. Then came the lady in the finance depart that would not answer a straight question, failed to inform us of what information she needed and failed to ensure payments were received even after an entire week. She also would not return calls and when we came back to the dealership she sent another associate out to meet us. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, it took 3 visits and 3 hours waiting in their lounge, even with setting a pick up time a day in advance each time. Then came the service department that saw management try to sell work under warranty, as doing us a favour. An issue that was actually caused by the sales associate who was giving us a last walk through of the vehicle. Alarms that he failed to notice and record on his end. All in all, I do not feel that I need to put myself through such an aggravating experience again. More
