My new F 150 pickup I just purchased a used certified F 150 pickup , the sales man was mark Allen. When I flew out to Alberta to pick up the vehicle the options were no I just purchased a used certified F 150 pickup , the sales man was mark Allen. When I flew out to Alberta to pick up the vehicle the options were not exactly as I was told. The sales man and the management team was able to rectify the issues. The dealership team could have had the vehicle more prepared for pickup. I had to spend several hours at the dealership with the management team going over warranty and maintance options before I was able to leave. Mark Allen was very helpful and made sure I recieved the best of care and attention. More
