I ended up getting a really good price on a new special order truck (which was a fun experience). When it came time to sign and accept delivery the finance manager ended up putting on a high pressure sales tactic to get me to buy over 10k dollars worth of upsale items. Most of which I did not want in the first place and would have liked to be provided the brochures to make a decision at a later time. As all I wanted was to know pricing on 3M rock guard and under carriage protectant. After signing and reviewing at home I realized that there were options I didn't want. I then attended Cam Clark and they fixed the issue without any hassle and provided me with the service I was expecting. All staff were very friendly and worked diligent and hard to provide me a good product. Bryan Swanson was a pleasure to deal with and I will continue to go to him first for my future fords. Clerance Penner was kind and friendly and worked hard. Although didn't take no for an answer. I'm sure he is great. But I don't think he quite understood my needs. Theresa Kelman was also a pleasure to deal with and when we attended again with concerns she corrected the issues without question. More

Brought truck in for noise in front end 3 times before they repaired it correctly. Went to use 4x4, it didnt work. Turns out a seal was installed incorrectly, back to service. The service rep was fantastic. The work, meh. Then on the way to drop my truck off. There was a car being driven eratically and dangerously. Turns out was a sales rep who was running late. It was better to put others in harms way than be late. We had a few words. I would not deal with him on my next purchase. More
