Good work but poor communication once repairs started Truck was in for a collision repair, was told it would take 2 weeks to fix. After the 2 weeks were were told 3 other times that it would be done befor Truck was in for a collision repair, was told it would take 2 weeks to fix. After the 2 weeks were were told 3 other times that it would be done before we got it back. That was an additional two weeks. At no time did they call us to say there was a delay but we had to call them to figure out what was going on. In the week since getting the truck back however they have emailed me 3 times asking for a review. To be fair the people were very nice and the repairs were well done. More
