We've been seeing Ed Wan since 1998 and have been very happy with his patience and knowledge of Ford trucks as our latest purchase last week is our 4th F150 truck. At no time did we feel pressured to make a decision. The best experience was that Ed was still at Cam Clark after all these years, and made the long drive to see him even though there was a dealer within 10 min of us in Calgary. His assistant Critz was very helpful getting the various truck models for my wife and I to test drive, which helped us to decide on which one to purchase in the end. My wife and I recently traveled from our home in New Brunswick in our F150 to visit our son and family in Airdrie. after the 5 day drive I noticed oil leakage under the motor of our truck. Salesman was intentionally misleading and communicated poorly on accessory pricing. Ended up paying for them when I have emails stating that they would be included in the final price. Had to return twice poorly on accessory pricing. Ended up paying for them when I have emails stating that they would be included in the final price. Had to return twice to the dealership because they had not completed bed liner spray in, and they had made errors on the paperwork. The entire sales transaction felt sloppy. Will not be returning for service appointments here and will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
