During our trip to Calgary from Ottawa, we encountered a stressful situation when we got a flat tire in the parking lot of our hotel. It was frustrating, especially being on vacation. We initially called insurance and a number of local mobile and garage tire specialists, but none were able to offer any immediate assistance. However, when my wife called Ford, she was greeted warmly by Tyler, who reassured us that they could help if we brought the car in. We were next door, so I went out to change to the spare. Unfortunately, the lug nuts were impossible to remove without the proper breaker bar. At that point, Dustin was kind enough to walk over to our hotel and assist in changing the tire. Thanks to his help, we were back on the road in about 1.5 hours, and our vacation was able to continue without further delays. The level of service and support from Tyler and Dustin was outstanding, and it definitely helped turn a stressful situation into a more manageable one. My lease is up on my f150 in a few months so I decided to talk to Matt in sales about moving into something smaller like a ranger . But after I gave it more consideration I changed my mind deciding I wouldn’t be happy with a smaller truck . I advised Matt and Kristine in financing and they were very understanding and returned my deposit with no issues. I am looking forward to hopefully moving into a new F150 instead in the near futures.
