The service rep listened to my concerns and was able to get the issue resolved. Just went in for an oil change and left with an oil change the body shop is going to repair a small coating issue. I was impressed that I was given a free air freshener and car wash as I never get any extras at my dealer in Quebec I got excellent customer service.
