Purchasing my vehicle here was an amazing experience. Shama, my sales rep, was wonderful at explaining everything thing I wanted to know. To this day, she still contacts me regularly to see how I, and the car, are doing, and if I have any concerns related to the vehicle (which I don't of course). The service department is good to deal with as well. They are courteous and professional, and they take great care of my car when I bring it in for regular services. I would highly recommend this dealership, and Shama specifically, to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. -Erik V More

I have given Calgary Hyundai a bad rating due to the very poor treatment I received after bringing in our 2013 Hyundai Vera Cruz for Warranty work. The vehicle was purchased in September 2012 and only has 2 poor treatment I received after bringing in our 2013 Hyundai Vera Cruz for Warranty work. The vehicle was purchased in September 2012 and only has 23,000kms on it and has developed a vibration at 100 km/hr. Naturally I expected them to be courteous investigate the problem and repair it free of charge. Instead they investigated the problem and determined that the tires needed to be rebalanced and that it was considered wear and tear and that I should pay for the rebalancing. I suggested that tires seldom go out of balance unless a tire weight falls off or the vehicle hits a large pothole causing damage to the rim at which time the tire and wheel will not rebalance as the rim is damaged. I've owned GM truck all my life it currently has 236,000 Kms, it has gone through 3 sets of tires and I have never had to have a tire rebalanced. The service manager gave me multiple excuses and reasons as to why it occurred but was adamant it was wear and I was to pay. With only 23000Kms on the vehicle I would think that even if the tires did need to be rebalanced it should be the responsibility of the manufacturer or dealership, not me, that would be an appropriate customer response, to make the issue go away. The service manager did nothing to try to appease the situation and I found him condescending and literally stupid. The service manager knows very little about customer service and I am finished dealing with Calgary Hyundai. I will take my vehicle to another dealership for service going forward and give another dealership the opportunity to obtain my business. I will steer people away from Calgary Hyundai. I have escalated to the General Manager but I expect little in the way of results or corrective action. More
My husband and I are very pleased with this dealership. My husband knows the owner personally but you still have to have the right staff to compliment your dealership and they do at this location. Our salesperson Moe Dhanji is a natural and just loves dealing with people. He knows his product well and is willing to help you find the right car - not pushy. As we were purchasing our vehicle (Hyundai Tucson) he went through everything with us explaining all our options and didn't rush that's what I liked about him. He's a bit of a character too which made buying our car less stressful. All in all our experience at this dealership was great and I can't say enough about our salesperson - he was great! So I did and, unfortunately, I was extremely upset with the customer service, which was very disconnected and impersonal. My husband then recommended Calgary Hyundai, specifically Moe, as that was where and who he had just recently purchased his vehicle from. I couldn't believe how amazing the customer service was. Moe was so genuine and respectful. He was extremely considerate of what I had in mind and was committed to seeing it through. I purchased my vehicle from Calgary Hyundai and my family will continue to do so in the years to come. I am one happy customer!! More

I was actually dreading car shopping, but thank's to Moe my experience turned into joy. Moe was very patient and answered all my questions, his calm and no pressure demeanor alleviated any anxiety I had. He was professional and respectful, never once did I worry that I would not get a fair deal due to my lack of knowledge of cars. Moe's honesty and genuine concern impressed me from the start, I especially appreciate his respectful approach. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone, but in particular to women shopping for a car on their ownl. I never thought that leasing a car could be so painless! I will never even consider visiting another car dealership in the future. Thank's again for helping me get the car of my dreams, I love my Elantra, and I'm getting lots of compliments for it!! More

Moe is a very outspoken person and his energetic personality and sarcastic sense of humour might not be comfortable for some people who may be more intraverted. For me it was the perfect match. Moe was really friendly and helpful, I never felt pushed or pressured, disrecpected or insulted. He took his time to explain me basic things about cars and encourage me to go test drive another car from a different brend to make sure I was confident in the choice I was making. He was himself confident that I would be back for the Hyundai Santa Fe. I felt like Moe really believed in his product and was not trying to sale me any car but nothing else than the right one. Since I purchased the car, Moe has been in contact with me to see how things are going both with my car and in general. He took care of me as a client but treated me as a friend. He even offered a job to my husband! :) Calgary Hyundai have accomodated me with transportation the day I took possession of the car, they helped me make decisions regarding coverage and insurance on the car and have manage to work with my schedule to do the service on my car when needed. I would recommend this dealership and this salesman for sure. Julie More
I bought my 2011 Santa Fe last year from this dealership. The gentleman I bought it from, Jose, was amazing and even told me which other SUVs to go and test drive before I made my final decision. The sales department was very good to deal with and very knowledgeable. About a week after I took my Santa Fe home, it was giving me some issues starting. Concerned I phoned the dealership and was put through to the service department, that is where my frustrations began. At first I spoke with a female who was more than happy to book my first service, but that was pretty much all. I called back and was put through to a voice-mail where I left a message but the call was never returned. The third time I called again was able to make an appointment to have my vehicle serviced and was told that at that time the service department would look at the problem when my vehicle was in. I dropped my vehicle off early in the morning along with both sets of keys and went about my day. When I called to check on my vehicle a couple of hours later I was told that the service was done, and that the keys both worked fine. I asked them if they were responsible for the starting issue and was answered with confusion. From there I was told that they could look at it but they would need my vehicle for the afternoon as well which was fine. I arrived around 330pm to pick up my vehicle, I asked if they were able to figure out why it has issues starting. After some more confusion, I was told that they looked at my and there was not an issue with it. I explained the starting issue and I was again told it starts just fine and the test ran found nothing. From there I was told that I would need "proof" that it did not start. I bought a brand new vehicle to have something reliable that would not have to be fixed over the next few years. Why would I make up a starting issue? I started to video tape my SUV not starting for my and I went to Crowfoot Hyundai for help. At this point in time it is still not fixed, but at least when I called Crowfoot they were very willing to help me with no proof required. As a matter of fact, Crowfoot has even witnessed the starting issue. More
Hi I bought a new 2011 Hyundai Elantra from Calgary hyundai and I paid cash I put down 5000.00 on the car they asked me to come in 2 days later to pay the rest I did they did not give me any paper work hyundai and I paid cash I put down 5000.00 on the car they asked me to come in 2 days later to pay the rest I did they did not give me any paper work the car was late they did not call me to let me know the car was going to be late coming in so I called the sales manger and they he put me on hold I never got a call back from anyone that day I went down there to find out what the xxxx was going on they had my money I had no new car or paper work for the money I paid but then they tell me the car will be in 2 more days ok fine I bought the 3M gard for the frount of the car I came in to pick up the car they had done the wrong car they did not do my car they did someone else car so I had to come back the next day for them to do it I was pissed off... No one month later the 3M Gard they did on the car is now peeling off the the frount of the car I called today to see if I can get them to fix the 3M I called in left a message no one called me back yet 5 hours in... NEVER GO TO CALGARY HYUNDAI NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A VERY BAD PLACE TO DEAL WITH!!!!! More
