My sales rep was Fuji. After the test drive, he asked me how I liked the vehicle. I told him I liked it and made him an offer. My offered was countered. After another negotiating session, we shook on the deal. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Fuji made me aware that if I had any concerns with the vehicle to let him know. There were a few issues....power steering leak, a windshield wiper blade, and the trailer plug-in housing was missing. Everything was fixed to my satisfaction on a timely basis. Members of the service department were helpful. Lastly, I phoned Fuji after the sale and repairs were done, let him know I was happy with everything and that my low tire warning light comes on and he explained that the bitter cold weather was probably messing with the computer and that if the problem persisted, just bring it in. Overall, I would send a friend or colleague to Calgary Hyundai and ask for Fuji. More
Our entire experience was great. Fuji was very personable, and helpful. More like talking with a buddy than a salesman. Fuji did an excellent job of getting us in our new to us car. We did not get a second key but Fuji worked it out for us to get a second one at no cost which was really appreciated. The problem came when we made an appointment to get the second key made. We made an appointment but were still asked to wait for one hour for a 10 minute job. At our request the service department worked it out that we did not have to wait. More
Fuji was extremely helpful and friendly. Any and all questions that I had (which were a lot, btw) were answered. I never felt pressured or forced into anything. Being a current 2011 Hyundai Sante Fe owner, I was looking to upgrade to a newer model (2013), especially one with a sunroof. I had a fantastic experience with Calgary Hyundai previously and wanted to stay with them. I happened upon Shama Johnson and have never been happier in my vehicle purchase. She was patient, understanding and most knowledgeable about the Sante Fe and taught me things I didn't know about my previous model. When I had delivery of the new model, she took the time and patience to go through the whole vehicle with me, including service intervals, service manual, etc. No one has ever done that before. She keeps in touch with her customers and is genuinely concerned about their welfare and how their vehicle is operating. My overall experience with Calgary Hyundai has been positive even down to the service department who go out of their way to make sure your requests are met. I highly recommend Shama as a sales rep and have recommended her to all my friends. After talking to other current Hyundai owners that have bought elsewhere and haven't heard anything from their sales representatives since they bought, I'm elated that I got the service and care that I had from Shama and the Calgary Hyundai staff. If she's in, she always devotes time to come over and ask how you and the vehicle is going. Thank you again Shama and kudos to you and the staff! More

I had an idea of what I wanted from reading reviews the online, but she went over everything with us. She then took us for test drives, letting us decide how we felt about the vehicles, and what we what we liked, without any pressure to buy the most expensive one, which I thought was fantastic. Shama does a great job, follows up with you, asks if you have any questions and really takes an interest in how everything is going. I don't hesitate to recommend her to anyone. More
