So happy, in fact, that when I found a pre-owned 2011 with Cabernet exterior and cashmere interior at Calgary Hyundai, I had to have it. The asking price was amazing and the mileage only 26,000 kms. I couldn't believe my good fortune. Calgary Hyundai wasn't hard to find (using the Genesis navigation system), but it looked small and unimpressive, and I wasn't expecting a good experience. I couldn't have been more wrong! Lonnie Edison greeted us warmly and, every step of the way, his courteous and professional assistance made sure that our purchasing experience was exceptional. That was three months ago. Lonnie has kept in touch with us ever since to answer all our questions about the vehicle and help in any way he can. Horrible customer service. I just experienced a very rude and condescending scheduling coordinator on the phone. I simply asked how long he thought an oil change would take, and I just experienced a very rude and condescending scheduling coordinator on the phone. I simply asked how long he thought an oil change would take, and to check on the car's battery and alternator. He said there is no way to know this and cut me off saying 'when do you want to drop off your car' several times. Not to mention that he felt he had to express how he doesn't like to be at work on a Saturday. When I called back to speak to a manager the lady at the front mixed up the switches, started to transfer me, then picked up again and said she couldn't hear me and hung up. If they can't handle scheduling an oil change, they sure as heck can't handle much else. I have used them for the last few years even though they're pricier than competitors and out of my way. I am taking my business elsewhere. More
