Once we purchased the vehicle they were really accomodating with when we could pick up the vehicle. Stefan did the financing and made everything simple, straight forward and easy. The turnover of the keys to our new vehicle was personal and professional. Beginning to end the whole process was comfortable. No pressure very friendly My husband and I drove to Calgary looking for a Mercedes GLK. We looked and test drove several around Calgary and when we came to the one at Calgary Hyundai we were quite taken with it. We were introduced to the effervescent Fuji Dos Santos who immediately made us feel comfortable. We chatted about several things besides the car and had a few laughs. When we were ready he pulled the vehicle around and sent us for a test drive. We loved it. We had a few small concerns which Fuji looked after with no qualms. The deal went through without a hitch from the awesome finance guys' and we picked it up a few days later. Recommend these guys to anyone! More

Especially compared to the Precision Hyundai sales guy Dave Marsh It was a very pleasant experience talking with the sales people at Calgary Hyundai. Especially compared to the Precision Hyundai sales guy Dave Marshall who seemed to not give any information though he seemed to care about the sale. Samuel Thangarajah was very friendly and open about the information requested and was able to provide further information to what Archna has tried to provide via email. there was a huge price difference in my mind at the retail pricing from dealer to dealer however Mark was VERY good at matching pricing. Still though why the retail difference between locations? Not sure there... In the end though Archna processed my order and it was very smoothly done, especially with BK. Quick painless and to be honest extremely pleasant. Thank you all for your efforts in this I pick up my car Saturday and will say that I will recommend both Sam and Archna for future references. PS. Sorry Sam for the loss of my sale or whatever happened there, i had not intended to create a rivalry between you two, and certainly understand why you would ahve been disappointed with me after finding out Archna had emailed me the day before. Feels Like You're Floating I bought a new 2014 Santa Fe Sport in March after having a 2008 Santa Fe which I really, really liked. I was hesitant to buy a new vehicle, but Johna I bought a new 2014 Santa Fe Sport in March after having a 2008 Santa Fe which I really, really liked. I was hesitant to buy a new vehicle, but Johnathan the owner convinced me the time was right to move up to a newer model. It took some time for me to be convinced I was making the right move as I really did like my old vehicle. But after my first long road trip, and I do a great deal of driving I haven't looked back. My new vehicle rides so smooth that everyone says it "feels like you are floating." It is so smooth, and quiet. I don't just like this vehicle I LOVE it. The heated seats and steering wheel are a dream in this crazy Calgary Alberta weather, and I couldn't have asked for a better vehicle. Not only is it a dream to drive, it is class looking and I love it more everyday. As for service, Jackie in the service department is a dream. Friendly, reliable and always follows through. Heath always returns my emails or calls and it is good to know there are people there you can trust and rely on for good service....they are "go to to people" The owner is honest, trustworthy and goes the extra mile to make sure you are confident and happy with your new vehicle purchase.
