First Brand New Car, It was a wonderful experience! I have had really bad experiences when it comes to buy vehicle. My experiences have been in different dealerships and it was when I was buying used ve I have had really bad experiences when it comes to buy vehicle. My experiences have been in different dealerships and it was when I was buying used vehicles. The sales agent always welcomed me and my family member with a great smile and while we were in the process of the finance and the purchase. all was good and the agent was treating us really well. After we went through the process and a two weeks had passed. We encountered some concerns with the vehicles and we went back to talk to the dealer and to our surprise; the treatment was very different as if we were being an irritation fro them. My wife and I had the chance to go shopping for a brand new vehicle this time, in order to avoid the hustle of dealing with a used one. We wanted to know the history of the vehicle from the beginning. Even thought we went to a couple different dealerships, we decided to stay at Calgary Hyundai because they were friendly from the very beginning without being pushy towards giving out our personal and contact information to start a financing process. Unlike one of the dealerships that we visited; Calgary Hyundai was not calling us all the time or sending us text messages regarding our decision. We had the pleasure to deal with Mss. Archna Bali and she was a great agent to deal with; she gave us a lot of information and was never in a hurry to introduce us to the financing department sinker we were already making arrangement outside the dealership to obtain our vehicle. Mss. Bali gave us her personal opinion which help us decide on the feature we wanted our vehicle to be equipped with. She answered to the phone calls and text messages every time we had a concern even after we obtained the vehicle using the dealership financing program with the help of Mr. BK Khusro, who made possible all f this by addressing our financing application in a very meticulous manner. The day that we went to pick up our vehicle, she was ready to explain all the features and packages that came with it. She was always smiling and cheerful the whole time. She answered our questions and concerns regarding the whole process even after we left the dealership. This was a great experience and if I ever wanted to obtain another vehicle, i will definitely be going to this dealer. I will recommend this to my family, friends and coworkers without hesitation. While dealing with Lonnie over the course of about a week, I found him to be reliable, pleasant, patient, courteous, professional and helpful. My experience of trying to buy a vehicle was, from that point forward, enjoyable instead of stressful. When the vehicle was ready for pickup, Lonnie picked me up at home (deep south) and drove me to the dealership. The vehicle was fully detailed, had a full tank of gas, and Lonnie took the time to go over everything with me. If you're a skeptic, like I was, deal with Lonnie, and your faith in Dealerships and the whole car buying experience will be restored! :) More
