Great Experience Buying Gently Used! We had researched many vehicle makes and models for a second car for the family and decided to go kick some tires. One of the models on our shortlist we thought we may like was a Santa Fe. As soon as we walked into Calgary Hyundai we received a warm welcome. Fuji Dos Santos was expecting an appointment to arrive shortly, but he took the time to make us feel valued, listened to what we wanted in a car and what our family lifestyle required and showed us a few different models. We never felt rushed or intimidated. He was kind and inclusive with our young son too, helping him feel part of the family purchasing decision. Fuji knew we were still investigating our options and didn't pressurize us in the slightest, even when we told him we intended to search out some other dealerships to look at other options. We made some dealership visits elsewhere and were underwhelmed. In fact we were treated very poorly by a well-known dealership in Calgary, it was a hand-slapping, macho, competitive environment and the salesman didn't even show us used models which we specifically said we were looking for, he immediately showed us new cars. It was the polar opposite experience from Calgary Hyundai. So we went back to see patient Fuji and he helped us find a great model. He contacted us as soon as the perfect car for our requirements arrived and supplied the background and service history so we felt confident in our decision to purchase. Kim Power made the financing very easy as well. Together Fuji and Kim were a great team and we would recommend their services highly. They made purchasing a used vehicle a pleasure instead of a worry or hassle. We love our gently used Santa Fe! More

Amazing Amazing I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe about 8 months ago with the help of the Amazing Fuji Santos, after feeling this wasn't the right fit for me as I wanted so I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe about 8 months ago with the help of the Amazing Fuji Santos, after feeling this wasn't the right fit for me as I wanted something a bit sportier and smaller I contacted Fuji for advice and help as his help previously was so wonderful (I didn't want to deal with anyone else) as expected he didn't even hesitate to help me, he was more than happy to help me pick out my now Awesome car with exactly what I wanted for me, its a perfect fit.......the way Fuji makes one feel is absolutely awesome he truly cares about his customers. The finance part was just as amazing, dealing with Kim Power was the most wonderful experience I have ever had with a financial department. Kim made me feel like a sister to her (we actually had laughs and bonded the minute we sat down together) she makes the paper work part feel like you are signing a Birthday Card for someone its that fun and uplifting. I test drove a few cars with him and he had great knowledge and help me make a decision and choose the car that was best suited for me. He also went through the car's history to make sure I had a good understanding of the pre-owned Jeep that I was purchasing. Kim was outstanding and made a what could have been a stressful approval process, seem effortless. She was very professional and personable. Best customer service Took me more than a month to find a new car. Checked at least five different dealerships in Calgary. In every dealership I went to I had a feeling that people were desperate to sell me something and get me to sign papers even before I looked at their inventory. On top of that THEY ALL LIE was so disappointed with our Calgary dealerships and wanted to give up and keep my old car. Decided to give it a last try and vent to Calgary Hyundai dealership on Barlow. First of all they had the cheapest price on the car I was looking for. Secondly, friendly staff,willing to go extra mile. So overall I'm really happy with their service. Thanks guys! More

We had already tried (unsuccessfully) dealing with a competitor Hyundai dealer. It was an unexpectedly good experience with this dealership. The people we dealt with were all unpretentious (unlike the majority of car sales people I've dealt with). I would highly recommend Ivan, who though very new at sales, was very personable, outgoing and willing to listen. When he couldn't answer a question about something to do with the car we test drove, he immediately went and found out. His manager, Mark, and Kim (Finance), were also very straight-forward and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I think we made a "good" (perhaps not the "best") deal so I gave it 4 stars. Overall we are very satisfied and would recommend this dealership.and the individuals we dealt with. More
