Gustavo, our Sales representative, was extremely helpful in showing us the features of the vehicle, explaining the various trim models, and ensuring that our selected vehicle fully met our needs. Plus, he did so in such a friendly way that we felt that he was our friend, not a car salesperson. Gustavo is extremely outgoing and was a true pleasure to deal with. The other staff we interacted with, Blair and BK, were equally pleasant. Overall, my wife and I felt that it was easily the best car-buying experience we've ever had. The pleasant car purchase experience I usually dread car purchases. I find them very stressful. This time however it was my first "pleasant" car purchase experience. No stress, no pres I usually dread car purchases. I find them very stressful. This time however it was my first "pleasant" car purchase experience. No stress, no pressure and no hassle. I know they have lots of customers but Jozef and Kim treat you like you were their only one. Jozef is very professional, thorough, knowledgable and very detailed in explaining everything about the car (obviously he is a very patient man). He offers his services even after the final sale in case you have more questions and need help with the new gadgets. Kim also has a very pleasant personality and handled the final sale without pressure. She didn't try to talk you into buying extras (i.e. warranty) to bring your purchase price up higher like I experienced in the past. She explained everything and left it up to you. In a nutshell, for the first time in my life I actually had fun buying a car. Thank you Jozef and Kim for your great service. More

Lonnie was always quick to reply to any questions I sent him via email. When I took possession of the car, I asked that Calgary Hyundai website address be removed from the rear window and Lonnie grabbed a spray bottle and cloth and removed it himself. He went above and beyond to make me a very happy customer. I also dealt with BK Khusro in the Finance Department and he was also very nice to work with. More

Fantastic Sales and Service !! In Cranbrook BC I went to the dealership and waited 25 minutes before a Sales Agent finally noticed that customers were in the building looking for so In Cranbrook BC I went to the dealership and waited 25 minutes before a Sales Agent finally noticed that customers were in the building looking for someone....anyone......he was outside socializing with other Salesman from his auto group and was put off by being interupted. I was lookng for a 2015 Black Hyundai Elantra Limited they had to wait until the manger got back to the dealership and they were going to get back to me after asking to match a price in Kelowna ....I am still waiting after 1 year to hear back ..... Lethbridge - I contacted sales and asked if they could find me a 2015 Black Hyundai Elantra Limited and I would like a good price .... as Lethbridge is closer to my home and it would be alot easier for Services. I was told No they couldnt find me that car or source it and they woudlnt match the price quoted in Calgary. We have a Tan colored one and its price is $27,000 sorry but thats all we can do he said .... " Strange considering the 2015 Elantras Limited listed on Hyundai.ca for $24,624.00 the whole thing felt very cold and stale , and I figured I was going to just give up looking for my car. 2 days later I decided I would give it one last shot......I decided to contact a dealership in Calgary and after reading some pretty good reviews I phoned up Calgary Hyundai. Right from the get go I was treated very well ...... the receptionist after hearing my story of the 2 dealerships said " I would be absolutely happy to find you one of our sales reps to assist you and help make sure you are taken care of " She put me through to Dan Fletcher and I explained about the run around I have had and I just wanted an honest effort to source me the car. He said he would look into this right away and would call me back. Not even 5 minutes and I got a call saying the car was available and they would give me a great price and makes sure I was looked after. I did the complete deal here in B.C. over the phone and emails, and he made everything very simple and easy and straight forward and I really liked his transparency with questions in regards to pricing and deals he could offer me. I run 3 business here in BC and I would say Dan and the staff at Calgary Hyundai rank up there in some of the best business I have dealt with. I would highley reccomend them to everyone and I already have bragged about how well i was treated. Thank you Dan for Calling to make sure I made it back to BC safely and made sure I made the right decsison on buying the car. I am thrilled , and you made this a great experience ! More

Great Experience Buying Gently Used! We had researched many vehicle makes and models for a second car for the family and decided to go kick some tires. One of the models on our shortlist we thought we may like was a Santa Fe. As soon as we walked into Calgary Hyundai we received a warm welcome. Fuji Dos Santos was expecting an appointment to arrive shortly, but he took the time to make us feel valued, listened to what we wanted in a car and what our family lifestyle required and showed us a few different models. We never felt rushed or intimidated. He was kind and inclusive with our young son too, helping him feel part of the family purchasing decision. Fuji knew we were still investigating our options and didn't pressurize us in the slightest, even when we told him we intended to search out some other dealerships to look at other options. We made some dealership visits elsewhere and were underwhelmed. In fact we were treated very poorly by a well-known dealership in Calgary, it was a hand-slapping, macho, competitive environment and the salesman didn't even show us used models which we specifically said we were looking for, he immediately showed us new cars. It was the polar opposite experience from Calgary Hyundai. So we went back to see patient Fuji and he helped us find a great model. He contacted us as soon as the perfect car for our requirements arrived and supplied the background and service history so we felt confident in our decision to purchase. Kim Power made the financing very easy as well. Together Fuji and Kim were a great team and we would recommend their services highly. They made purchasing a used vehicle a pleasure instead of a worry or hassle. We love our gently used Santa Fe! More
