A unique experience - this dealership "gets it"! There are few experiences I dread in life, but looking for a new vehicle has to be top of the list. Working with Jaryd and the Hyundai team has changed all that. Thank you! Within minutes of entering the dealership Jaryd approached me, genuinely interested in listening to why I was there. Her attentiveness, approach, product knowledge, quiet confidence and general demeanour engaged me in the product offerings. The line of questioning was direct but non-intrusive, and she took me seriously from the moment we met. The evening of my visit was busy, but Jaryd took the time to introduce me to key personnel, walk me through the dealership, identify possibilities and options and throughout gave me her undivided attention. A first! Thank you Jaryd. Although I went to Hyundai to drive a specific vehicle and came away with a model I did not even know existed prior to my visit. Jaryd happily made vehicles available for me to test drive; seeking out specific models I was interested in. Another first! Meeting with Kim was an equally rewarding and easy experience. From walking through options, providing me with a "to do" list, working with the insurance agent, explaining the warranty program, organizing registration etc. I just took a back seat allowing Kim to organize me. Thank you Kim. So what was truly unique? Small things: everyone gave me their attention, understanding that I was a potential client. Walking through the dealership and explaining the service set-up. Leaving me time to explore product offerings (how I "found" my dream car) and think. Repeated offers to test drive - and go out alone. Firm but not pushy service. Even upon collecting the vehicle Jaryd brought Mark over - and he remembered me. In a word "respect". Wow. The industry could learn a lot from this dealership. You need to package and sell your business model. Thank you all. As a footnote, I mentioned I drove away in a vehicle I did not know existed when I entered the dealership and I am so excited about my purchase. I had a "practical" list of "must-have's" when I approached Hyundai; I came away with my true wish list! Thank you Jaryd and Kim. Very honest and up front sales expereince I recently purchased a (certified) used Hyundai from Calgary Hyundai, and Jozef was excellent. He was very thorough and patient and as he went over ev I recently purchased a (certified) used Hyundai from Calgary Hyundai, and Jozef was excellent. He was very thorough and patient and as he went over every detail about the car, the inspection reports, and the carproof report. He accommodated every request I had, and in the end we were able to make a fair deal for both parties. He's a genuinely and honest person, and was excellent to deal with. I visited half a dozen other dealerships in my car search and there was only one other dealer that even came close to the quality of experience I had at Calgary Hyundai. There was never any pressure, and it was a genuinely pleasant experience. The way car buying should be. I'd definitely recommend Jozef at Calgary Hyundai if you're in the market for a new our used vehicle. More

We visited this dealership a couple of times and were impressed by the friendly attitude and professional presentation by Josef. We were looking for a particular color so we had to wait for couple of weeks before Josef found the vehicle of our choice and took us on a test drive. He spent extra time in the parking lot, explaining all features , gadgets and performance related details of vehicle. He was very informative and answered all our questions with great patience. No pressure selling tactics shown during the entire process. Fuji also accompanied us on a test drive and was equally professional and knowledgeable. BK in finance was quick and friendly, got all the paper work ready in time. There was a slight confusion on payment terms but Blair helped resolve it to our satisfaction. Over all the experience of buying a used vehicle was awesome and surprisingly stress-free. Will strongly recommend Calgary Hyundai and refer my friends to Josef in future. Keep up the excellent work guys !!! More

Jaryd was wonderful Three years ago I picked up a 2012 Accent at this dealership, and I was recently offered a trade-in appraisal by Jaryd who had taken over as my dealer Three years ago I picked up a 2012 Accent at this dealership, and I was recently offered a trade-in appraisal by Jaryd who had taken over as my dealer representative after my previous rep got promoted. I came in pessimistic about what I could get, but very quickly found that a 2015 Elantra was a very doable trade. Jaryd was very pleasant, low pressure, and honest. Not really much more you can ask for. After a little bit of haggling with Jaryd and Mark (and staying 40 minutes past close to satisfy all my questions) we arrived at a number I found acceptable, but hadn't had a chance to drive the car. I came back two days later, drove it, loved it, bought it, and drove off the lot with it. I was dealing with BK for my financing and both he and Jaryd are friendly. BK also didn't push the issue when I declined some of the extras like undercoat protection. Overall, would highly recommend the dealership, and Jaryd. The whole process was very pleasant and hassle-free. More

The experience was wonderful, and I was happy to do business with a company that fully understands the value of great customer service. Gustavo, our Sales representative, was extremely helpful in showing us the features of the vehicle, explaining the various trim models, and ensuring that our selected vehicle fully met our needs. Plus, he did so in such a friendly way that we felt that he was our friend, not a car salesperson. Gustavo is extremely outgoing and was a true pleasure to deal with. The other staff we interacted with, Blair and BK, were equally pleasant. Overall, my wife and I felt that it was easily the best car-buying experience we've ever had. What I experienced during my interaction with her was complete professionalism and a sense of warmth. Never once did she pressure me or employ any hard sales tactics. She was nothing but informative and accommodating with all my questions. During the test drive she answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable so that I could actually enjoy the vehicle. Upon returning to the dealership she expressed her desire to make my experience enjoyable and invited me to contact her for any additional information. In all the times that I've purchased vehicles over the years I've never come across someone so pleasant. It was like talking to an old friend that wanted the best for me. Even though the vehicle was not what I wanted at this time I was grateful for the wonderful service provided by Rebekah.
