Excellent buying experience. Again! My second purchase from this dealership and both experiences were positive start to finish.. This past March, I was testing the waters re upgrading and made the mistake of dropping in to another Hyundai dealership as I was 'in the neighbourhood' - terrible awful horrible mistake. Left there and went right back to Calgary Hyundai and was connected with Lonnie to look at a 2013 Elantra. He was straightforward, pleasant and great to work with. Kim in Financing was wonderful as well. I highly recommend both the dealership and Lonnie if you are looking for a pre-owned Hyundai. I will be back when we grow into the Tucson! More

We walked into Calgary Hyundai really just to look and see what our options were. We approached Dan who sat down with us asked what we were looking for and it went from there. There was never any pressure and he knew we were just looking as I would have to trade in my vehicle before we could make any form of a purchase. It kind of snowballed from there..... Dan and Mark inspected my trade in and came back with a more than fair offer and were able to make sure that with the purchase of my new Tucson was within my budget. They were even able to make it so that we could drive it off the lot and take it home that very same day. Kim in financing was also so nice to deal with. Very friendly and on the ball taking care of all the registration so that when we came back to pick up the new vehicle everything was in place. We highly recommend Calgary Hyundai and their team. W I would like to tell you about my great experience with my "new to me" car purchase. I spoke with Brady Bateman a few days before I went to the lot. When I came for my appointment Mr. Bateman had two cars out waiting for me. From listening to my dislikes of my last car and what I was looking for with my new car he took the initiative to have two cars he thought might suit my needs. After a few minutes in his office filling out paperwork we were off for a test drive. Mr. Bateman was very patient and informative and always had a smile on his face. I let him know that I needed a couple of days to make up my mind regarding the purchase and he was fine with that, never pushy. After two days I had made up my mind and when I came to the lot, he had a sold sticker on my car with it all cleaned up, gased up and ready for me. He walked me to the financial office and waited for me to come out to hand me my new keys and switch my plate out for me. Mr. Bateman made my entire experience pleasant. I have passed the word around to the office I work in for my coworkers and friends to visit Brady if they are looking for a vehicle. Thanks Brady for the great customer service More
