We first met with Dan and he was amazing he took the time to establish a great rapport and get to know us before he even talked cars. It made everything so comfortable and easy. We felt like we were making our own choice and he was there to help us out. After we picked out our vehicle we met with Kim to start the paperwork and again we were shocked. While dealing with the banks I felt like I had my mom there battling on my side. She explained everything in detail and helped us make informed decisions. Service department lacking in customer service. I had my fuel pump replaced under warranty on my 08 sonata. 6 months later I noticed a strong smell of gas everytjme I fueled up.
