Purchase of Hyundai Santa Fe I emailed to Hyundai Calgary expressing my interest in a SUV. I was promptly responded to by a very courteous Cassandra Vey. Next day saw me at the Hyundai office with VIP Sales Manager Thomas waiting for me and within minutes I was accorded to a young and a very receptive sales person by the name of Jozef Markovic. Without any delays he made me find the vehicle I was looking for.The next day saw me with a test drive that triggered me to make the decision to buy the vehicle. However due to financial constraints I thought of postponing it until at a later date. To my surprise the Finance Manager Candace Fediuk had my car loan approved within a day.Above all she even managed to acquire my vehicle insurance at a much lower rate than anticipated. Due to my busy schedule, I could not afford to go to Hyundai often.Yet all documents etc were readied for me to only sign.Within a couple of days I had the vehicle with me. I found Jozef to be one of the best sales persons I met in the several dealer ships I visited.His knowledge of vehicles, cultured and well mannered conversations, receptive and cordial relationships certainly will augur well with any potential visitors. Same can be said of Thomas and Candace who have gone out of their way to ascertain customer satisfaction. The overall environment in Hyundai is very conducive and their service to me has been exemplarly.I have no hesitation wat so ever in recommending Hyundai esp the personalities like Jozef. Candace and Thomas who with others make an awesome team in Calgary. More

Katie Waddell approached me and was showing me around to the new cars there. I had to take a card to get back to her when I bring in my girlfriend. Turns out she wanted something from kijiji, so we did that. Katie followed up with me and left a voicemail, so I decided to go back and look for something of my own. An SUV was a bit bigger than I wanted, so I was looking at the Elantra. The test drive went awesome, Katie was very helpful every step of the way. I was sold immediately, I knew I had to get this car. The financing went perfect and fit in the budget I was looking for. Being a sales manager myself, I was very impressed. I just put on my first 1000kms and couldn't be happier with the car and service. More

No chasing or aggression what so ever. With that greeting we right away asked if he could assist us. After that he made sure our wants and needs were his priority first and foremost. When we found the vehicle that suited our needs to a tea, we were handed over to Kim Power (Finance Director) Once again instantly we felt that she was family and had our best interests in mind every step of the way. Amazing!!! Even after the sale was completed the care and assistance just kept on coming. Every step of the way we were given just exceptional service.
