Typically, we have been Honda and Toyota people, but we were advised to take a look at the Hyundai dealership, so we gave it a shot. We ended up having a wonderful experience. Jaryd allowed time for both of us to test drive several vehicles, always asking us both about our preferences. She cared to find us the perfect fit. She was patient, as we did return 2 or 3 times, weighing our options. In the end, we chose a different make, but the Sante Fe had been in the running as our second choice. Since we made our purchase, we have been unimpressed with the service at our current dealership and often reminisce about the group at Hyundai. Thank you for respecting us as individuals and for being patient and honest. More

I was looking for a new car and tried many dealerships from various car brands I can't say enough good things about my experience at Calgary Hyundai. I was looking for a new car and tried many dealerships from various car brands while looking for the new car I wanted to purchase. My friend had recommended Calgary Hyundai after they purchased several cars over the past few years so I thought I would add them to the list of dealerships I was looking to visit. When I first arrived at Calgary Hyundai I had said that I was looking to test drive a specific model (2015 Elantra L with manual transmission) and they found the exact model I was looking for and just handed over the keys for a test drive. Unlike other dealerships I went to (Honda, Kia, Mazda) there was no pressure at all, they didn't come along on the test drive with me or make sure I followed a specific route for the test drive. I was given the freedom to take the car where I wanted for my test drive to ensure that it met my requirements. Throughout the following days they promptly answered any follow up questions I had regarding pricing, features, or warranty via email or calling me directly. Lonnie was very patient and relaxed while dealing with me and I never felt any pressure to buy to look at high end, more expensive models. After the decision was made to buy the car, they were very accommodating with my requests and the purchase went through without any issues. This is BY FAR the best experience I have EVER had at a dealership and have already shared my great experience with friends and family. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out, even vs other Hyundai dealerships in Calgary. More
