I bought 2012 Sonata at Calgary Hyundai in 2013 and have serviced it there 100% for the past 12 years. As long as I was servicing my car regularly, and doing all that was listed, they were great. Now that I am on a fixed pension income, and unable to afford to do everything they ask, service has definitely gone downhill. I loved Devon in Service by the way, but I don't think he's there anymore. I had a service fiasco with Raya in 2023, she was useless and caused me alot of grief. The service manager Jared, listened to my concerns and granted me four free oil changes in compensation and I must book them through Joey Campbell. Thank you Jared, at least someone there listens. I just took my car in yesterday for the 4th free oil change, which I was told would take 1.5 hours since I was waiting (I don't remember the name of the girl that booked it in)... 2.5 hours later it was ready. No one spoke to me during the entire 2.5 hour wait. I had asked to have a signal light bulb replaced (I had the new bulb on the front seat) and was told it would cost $50 - forget it. So, I'm reading through the invoice ($0.00 free oil change) and see that they had removed a wheel and I'm to go back and have the lug nuts retorqued in 100 kms. Say what? Why was a wheel removed (don't even know which one) unless it was to replace the bulb - which they didn't do. Called Joey, left a message asking about this, and surprise surprise - no return call and I don't expect there ever will be. BTW, I saw them drive someone's car out of the service bay WITH A FLAT TIRE (very low profile tire)! No concern about damaging the rim obviously. I also have a cracked windshield, which was not discussed at all, but another surprise, they have a quote on my invoice for a windshield replacement for $2,798.88. This is a 2012, no cameras, no nothing, just a plain windshield! Seriously, I may be old but I'm not stupid. I guess that was their way of asking me never to come back - wish granted. So disappointed with the service there and have no plans to go back... after 12 years that's pretty sad. By the way Joey, stop calling your customers 'girl', they have names and it is very disrespectful. More
I was interested in trading in my current device and purchasing an Ionic 6. Eddy, the salesperson, a 25-year-old, thought he could scam us by overcharging us for the base car and adding additional add-o purchasing an Ionic 6. Short story: He had no knowledge about the car. The overpriced car price didn't match the same model and features as those built on the Canadian Hyundai website, and the trade-in value was included into the total price. Imagine signing for $75k instead of $60k!!! I was very confused, he tried to hide costs and was very dismissive when I asked straightforward questions about numbers (math teacher here). I told him our monthly payment range, and he said there was no way, while after I built the car on the website, I got the desired monthly payments... all in one horrible experience. I am still baffled about uneducated young people and inexperienced thinking that they can be full-fledged adults. We decided not to work with Hyundai and went to Ford for a straightforward and honest deal. More
Had car service done couldn't get a pickup to get the car. Said I needed a appointment. Called and asked for a lift to get the car. They said no I needed to book it earlier. Very poor customer service. The ladies I was talking to were very rude. Not the first time I have had a bad experience here. Will not be going back. Will go out of my way to another dealership for better service I hope. Twice disrespected is enough. Disgruntled customer times two. Do not go there. More

Energy changed once they got ur signature and finances approved ,so many issues with the SUV,calling,msg no one replies in a prompt manner even if ur stuck and looking cked out if ur own car,towing gives approved ,so many issues with the SUV,calling,msg no one replies in a prompt manner even if ur stuck and looking cked out if ur own car,towing gives u a 5 hour wait period,all this over not wanting to replace the fob with a new one ,run around and excuses is insane,country hills was bad but Barlow is equal ,cus customer service isn't what it should be ,never a loaner only shuttle but cannot do time frames for u to go to work only wen it's available,funny how they had all the time ,concerns and willingness while trying to sell u a car ,customer since 2015,always an issue with something and never fully gets fixed ,service reprogramming the fob but yet the papers show they checked my tires and wheels !!!! It's the fob nothing else ,it won't unlock the car not start it ,it's now snowing and still can't rely on getting into my car ,the $$$ I pay for this is insane for the service and reliability I should be getting ,many things where not inspected before resale and I got stuck with those issues or overlook problems ,I don't ever will recommend nor deal with Hyundai again I'm done ,not worth my physical and mental health ,nothing like being stuck outside cus the fob won't work ,with a young child in Tow and out of town business what is this a new kind of customer service?? Worst experience and lessons,don't just take the sweet candy they offer cus after u eat it it's becomes bitter and salty to the mouth and throat,hard pill to swallow paying close to 1000 per month for an SUV that won't open wen u need to used it ,thanks for the not so good customer service ,pls do not deal with Hyundai country hills or Barlow worst service ever running around and excuses after excuses More
ABSOLUTELY NO sales people at the office! !! seems they hide from the customers and management is approving it! THREE times went to them in order to get a new palisade, NO PEOPLE!!! This is the best service department I have dealt with in all my years of owing a car. I know upfront what it is going to cost. They gave me faulty vehicle and when I ask to refund my deposit money they force me to accept less amount. I paid 20,000 and they returned only 12,900. But as they took more than 3 and half month and due to frustration I accept their offer to avoid more mental pressure. More
