Bought a crv a few years back with free lifetime oil changes with inspections and they had shuttle drivers and all was great until recently. They don't have shuttle drivers anymore and took away my oil changes with inspections and they had shuttle drivers and all was great until recently. They don't have shuttle drivers anymore and took away my oil changes which are now $150. Wanted $400 for a battery and phone me and tell me I need all this extra work on the vehicle. Greed. They also said they price match tires which total xx. Time for a new dealership or a Toyota. More
I was contacted by Kareem from Calgary Honda, who said he was interested in my vehicle and asked me to bring it in. He already had all the details, including photos and the asking price. After waiting 20 minutes, I received an insulting offer—nearly 50% of my asking price. I left immediately. The next dealership offered 92% of my asking price right off the bat, showing how unreasonable Calgary Honda’s offer was. If they weren’t genuinely interested, they shouldn't have asked me to come in. Terrible experience and customer service. I won’t ever return. More
On Apr. 25, I went to Calgary Honda for an oil change. They asked me if I wanted a complimentary car wash, as in the past. After my vehicle was ready for pick up, I noticed a crack in the windshield, which I had never had before leaving the vehicle for service. Besides, they always take pictures and check the condition of the vehicle before grabbing the keys. In summary, I went to complain about the crack, but I was told their brushes might exert too much pressure, and there might be stones in the brushes; thus, this might result in the cracked windshield, but they told me it's on me now. So far, they are refusing to take responsibility for it and repair it. What's more, I purchased the vehicle from that dealership, and most of the time, I serviced it at Calgary Honda. I feel like they don't care about the customers, just the money. More

Likely the Dealership could not have made it more difficult to buy a vehicle - they had repeated phone calls for simple things that should have been texts/emails (such as name on a bank draft) and wh difficult to buy a vehicle - they had repeated phone calls for simple things that should have been texts/emails (such as name on a bank draft) and when the concerns were brought to the General Manager he dismissed them without listening and was confrontational - good luck trying to buy something from here. But unfortunately our experience was ruined by their atrocious sales manager Alex Arbec. We actually went in ready to pay full price for a vehicle they had listed, but getting passed off to Alex, he instantly came in and started berating us. We went from extremely excited, to just wanting to get out of there. He really needs to learn how to talk to a customer, and talk with some TACT. Basically a session of him telling us how bad of decisions we have made with what we are currently driving. PS: Instead of offering $1050 for a trade in (this car is worth around 10k) just say you aren't interested. This was the start of our dealings, and it turned us off from there. PPS: Offering 2k less then your asking price on a $42k vehicle is not a "Lowball", especially one that has a $21,000 collision claim on it. 0/10 - Do not pass go, would not recommend, will be buying a similar vehicle from another dealer.
