The heater air con fan makes a loud noise. Always has. They stated the warrenty may not cover the cost/parts/labour. I only have 22000 kms, 11 month old vehicle purchased July 2025. Go with Toyota. Bought a crv a few years back with free lifetime oil changes with inspections and they had shuttle drivers and all was great until recently. They don't have shuttle drivers anymore and took away my oil changes with inspections and they had shuttle drivers and all was great until recently. I was contacted by Kareem from Calgary Honda, who said he was interested in my vehicle and asked me to bring it in. He already had all the details, including photos and the asking price. After waiting 20 min was interested in my vehicle and asked me to bring it in. He already had all the details, including photos and the asking price. After waiting 20 minutes, I received an insulting offer—nearly 50% of my asking price. I left immediately. The next dealership offered 92% of my asking price right off the bat, showing how unreasonable Calgary Honda’s offer was. If they weren’t genuinely interested, they shouldn't have asked me to come in. Terrible experience and customer service. I won’t ever return. More

On Apr. 25, I went to Calgary Honda for an oil change. They asked me if I wanted a complimentary car wash, as in the past. After my vehicle was ready for pick up, I noticed a crack in the windshield, which I had never had before leaving the vehicle for service. Besides, they always take pictures and check the condition of the vehicle before grabbing the keys. In summary, I went to complain about the crack, but I was told their brushes might exert too much pressure, and there might be stones in the brushes; thus, this might result in the cracked windshield, but they told me it's on me now. So far, they are refusing to take responsibility for it and repair it. What's more, I purchased the vehicle from that dealership, and most of the time, I serviced it at Calgary Honda. I feel like they don't care about the customers, just the money. More
