I had my front driver-side redone after I was side-swiped (which was all great) and then there was a bad shake when I drove above 100k. I took it back in and they got it into the shop immediately. It turned out it was just dirt buildup but they cleaned it up, re-balanced the tires, adjusted the alignment, and corrected tire pressure. Oh, and my window had come off the guides (not related to the accident) and they put it back on. All of it for free. These guys stand by their work and really seemed to care. More

Even though the Personal insurance didn't endorse this shop, I brought my vehicle in for repairs My VW Golf Sportwagen was rear ended a few weeks ago. Even though the Personal insurance didn't endorse this shop, I brought my vehicle in for repairs there because it was close to my workplace in the NE. My insurance company expected the work to take about a week and it took closer to 8 days to complete. The work which was done was very professional. The appraisers estimates were followed and the work was done to specification. I highly recommend this body shop. The staff were very courteous, highly professional and did exactly what they were supposed to do. I've had my vehicles repaired there in the past before without any issues or problems, except for one in which after the work was done to replace a front bumper, they accidentally reversed the wiring for the signal lights. I pointed it out. They fixed it in 5 minutes and had me on my way. Honest mistake. More

I used these guys to repair my car after I was rear-ended. They took 4 months to complete a job that according to their website, should have taken less than a month. I phoned them every week after rear-ended. They took 4 months to complete a job that according to their website, should have taken less than a month. I phoned them every week after the first month, and everytime was told "Should be ready next week". The worst part was when the other guys insurance company balked at paying my rental car fee, Calgary Coachworks said that they would have provided me with a rental car if I had told them I was driving a rental car. Which I had!!! Trust me, don't use them. More
