Where to start, our experience at Calgary BMW was unlike any other. The team that we had working with us to find that perfect vehicle went above and beyond making the experience easy and smooth in such a sh any other. He made sure that we got the vehicle that we were looking for even when it wasn’t on the lot. I’ve never seen someone run around the store so many times, so fast, just to make sure we were getting absolutely everything I wanted and asked for! If he couldn’t find it, he found someone who could. Any questions and concerns were answered extremely fast and there was always a solution for any little problem that was encountered. Jason and Alfi were wonderful and caring, always offered an open ear and bent over backward to help us to reach our goal of driving away in our first brand new BMW! Robert was fantastic, on the ball with all the paperwork, details in financing and warranty options. His bright personality and people skills made things easy and comfortable. Dealing with out of province temps and reg’s was a first for us and it couldn’t have gone any better!! Buying from out of province is never easy, but between Sean and Robert, they got things done so quick we were on the road the next day..back home to our home province 13 hours away! The customer service is something that makes or breaks a purchasers decision in leaving with a vehicle, hands down I would 10/10 recommend and plan to return in the future.
