DO NOT TRUST, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO MAKE A SALE - SAID THEY WOULD TINT WINDOWS THEY DIDNT, THEY DID NOT EVEN CHANGE THE OIL IN THE VEHICLE BEFORE DELIVERY AND MY OIL LIFE LIGHT CAME ON SO I CHECKED THE OI THEY WOULD TINT WINDOWS THEY DIDNT, THEY DID NOT EVEN CHANGE THE OIL IN THE VEHICLE BEFORE DELIVERY AND MY OIL LIFE LIGHT CAME ON SO I CHECKED THE OIL AND THERE WAS NONE IN IT. THEN SAID THEY WOULD PAY FOR OIL CHANGE THE CHECK TOOK OVER A MONTH TO RECIEVE AND IT WAS FOR HALF THE COST OF THE OIL CHANGE... HAGGLED ME ON PRICE OF TRADE IN AND THEN PUT IT ON THEIR LOT FOR DOUBLE THE PRICE THEY GAVE ME FOR IT... NOTHING BUT THE RUN AROUND WITH THIS DEALERSHIP, I REALLY WISH I NEVER DEALT WITH THEM!! More

He continued to make false promises and excuses as to why it took him two weeks to get my ready. When I finally received the car, IT WAS FILTHY, not even cleaned damages weren't even fixed as promised. Once I purchased the car he had no interest in me, brushed me off, with one lame excuse after another for the delays and why nothing was done to the car as promised. Worse IS THEY want you to hand them thousands of dollars in CASH, no money orders, no drafts, SCAMMERS! I purchased a car from Caledon chrysler for my daughter in 2021, at the last minute before signing the Deal the manger advised they dont have the 2nd key, and it will cost us $1000 and now after 1 year the in 2021, at the last minute before signing the Deal the manger advised they dont have the 2nd key, and it will cost us $1000 and now after 1 year the Adminstrator Manmeet Rai emailed in beginning of July to email the mailing address so they can send the 2nd key. and 2 months have passed and they never mailed us the Key. Such an unethical behaviour by the dealership. Will never ever buy or recommend this dealer. More
