I can tell you for certain that my main reason for continuing to be loyal to Ford vehicles, is because I trust Gerry James. Jerry has always been honest and reliable and goes beyond the call of duty to provide remarkable service, long after the purchase. I continue to recommend Ford to family and friends as a worry free ride. Also, I send out accolades to your Financial Representative Sonya Snow. A long time over due Some time around June/July of 2015, my wife and I decided to trade in our own vehicle with the hopes of purchasing a 2015 Ford Lariat. I had already s Some time around June/July of 2015, my wife and I decided to trade in our own vehicle with the hopes of purchasing a 2015 Ford Lariat. I had already spoke with some dealerships, but was speaking via email with a gentleman at Cabot and decided to book a sit down to talk over some of our options. I will cut to the chase, if Steve Grace greets you at the door, turn around and walk away. What a person can do as far as discounts or deals, is not something that sways me in my rating. That said, I couldn't even get a bed liner thrown in as an incentive on a 60k truck. That didn't bother me. What justified the 1 star was the terrible customer service we received. We were interrupted by multiple phone calls which he took, at great length, wheeling and dealing with other clients. That really bugged me. We were also shown, in general, a lack of manners. As he led us out to the car lot, he let the door go in my wifes face... TWICE and he, rather than trying to sell their product to me, fed us a bunch of bogus info. on other dealers and brands, as if we hadn't done the research. I left the dealership furious and went to Dodge and bought a comparable truck the next week. Not before I received a greasy call the day after our visit to see if I made up my mind. I dug in to him a little it and it was the last I heard of him. From a business standpoint, Cabot should be embarrassed of the level of service I received that day. Sorry, disgusted. I may buy a Ford one day, but I will never buy from Cabot or Steve Grace. More

Gerry has one of the most dapper appearances of any professional I know. He has been my go to since 2009. I rotate my vehicles every 3 years. Myself and my wife trust him 100%. Recently my 3rd vehicle, the plow truck, a 2012 f250 was giving me grief and this man took the stress off me and got me in to a 2016 f250 and had it dressed and delivered. Top shelf service from a top shelf dealer. When I go for a service appointment, this man continues the after care by greeting me in the store front and asking if I am happy with the rigs. See if you get that relationship anywhere else. I will remain a ford guy, that's a given. I will remain at this dealer as long as this guy remains. Everyone at the dealer has my respect! Gerry I tip my hat for! More
Turned a bad experience around... completely! I have been a lifelong Ford owner! My newest purchase (in 2012) had issues and without going into too much boring detail, I was becoming frustrated and exhausted trying to get to the bottom of it. Cabot Ford took ownership of the problem (though it was a manufacturer's issue moreso than the dealer's) and bent over backwards to accommodate me. They were sincere, professional and extremely efficient! I realize their service counter had some bugs to work through and I've heard that from others as well but they are making it a priority, it's obvious! They are top shelf IMHO! Recommend Cabot Ford in a heartbeat! More

Cabot Ford is Pathetic,incapable,unprofessional,incompetent This Ford dealership is undoubtedly the worst service department I have ever had the displeasure to deal with . The girls on the counter are clueless This Ford dealership is undoubtedly the worst service department I have ever had the displeasure to deal with . The girls on the counter are clueless , passive , derogatory and dismissive and are incapable of keeping their word or scheduled appointment times. We had our vehicle in for a heater actuator replacement and was charged 1400 for the repair and came out of shop with the airbag light on .Rather than prioritize us as they should have for their mistake, we put truck back in shop and have been waiting 3 days and still not back in and repaired. They have no service manager , but a parts manager acting as one, who is out of touch with the goings on in scheduling but admitted that their service is lousy and they are having staffing troubles and high turnover rates with staff. If we get this truck back.......we are done with them and are taking our business elsewhere as should anybody reading this review. It is no wonder their review section on their webpage is disabled. Impossible to get service on the phone and I have had to drive in to get any answers. More
