Went to see about a used car which was unfortunately sold. Saw it online 12 days later and thought it was still available because the original sale fell through. They said they tried to call me to cancel, but i had no missed calls. They they pivoted to it must have been the wrong number...but the appointment was confirmed with text messages. Don't know if it's incompetence or dishonesty, either of which is bad. More
Cmp convinced me to put down a deposit to hold a vehicle for me to come look at the next weekend. I had said I was fine just waiting and hoping that it would be still available. A few days before I was set to go test drive it one of their salesmen called and claimed it was vandalized and therefore no longer available. I was suspicious, so had a friend call and inquir about it. My suspicions were correct. They sold it to someone else despite having the deposit. They told me they would refund my deposit and I would have proof sent to me that day. They then ceased communication, ignoring all texts calls and emails from me. More
bought a used truck for my business there and will never go back i was told it had a bumper to bumper warranty and did i ever get scamed first i got a call from the warranty company and i was told to lie to go back i was told it had a bumper to bumper warranty and did i ever get scamed first i got a call from the warranty company and i was told to lie to them and tell them it was a personal vehicle i took the truck in for service after 1 month with a couple issues a shifter issue, a signal light issue and an oil change. on arrival i was informed that i would have to to pay for a diagnostics check before anything. after check they told me none of these issues were covered by warranty except for the oil change which was part of the purchase agreement. they also informed me of a transmission leak.. they quoted me more then $3000 to repair issues. which i refused as i have a garage that has serviced my fleet for more then 20 years. after my trusted service tech went over the truck he informed me that the tail light was a broken wire(took 15min to fix). the transmission leak was non existent. they did say they couldn't fix shifter issue until it happens on them to observe. when i pick up my truck from CMP they gave me the diagnostic report which had all green checks with no issues, when i confronted the service tech they said the report is auto generated. so not only is their service over priced and made up. but there diagnostics is complete crap as well. all they want is your money they don't care about service, performance, or their customers rights More
WARNING ⚠️ use extreme caution if dealing with this organization. I purchased my truck from them, and the unbelieveable coercive tactics they attempt to use is extremely unethical. I was lied to by Janine, their finance person, told the day before my delivery, when I had my bank draft in hand, insurance in place, and a ride arranged etc. that they had gone ahead installed a 3M package on the truck and now if I didn't agree to finance it instead, or pay the additional $1200~, then the deal was off! I had already agreed and contract was set for delivery. So, I phoned my sales guy's manager (Kalvin) and he too said that they would have to peel off the 3M and it could damage it, the cost was mine... so I side stepped and went straight to service and verified first that there had been NO such work done to my truck, in fact they hadn't done any pre-delivery inspection or anything. They were all lying. In the end I talked to the GM (Mike) and my delivery was back on schedule, thanks to my tact and having back bone to stand up for myself - but I hate to think of the number of vulnerable and trusting individuals that have been taken advantage of in this way. When I picked up the truck, they very begrudgingly turned her over to me; not detailed, nor even washed or anything. Get better customer service at dollarama than here. Worst place I have ever handed a huge sum of money to. I wish there was 0 star option. Be careful when dealing with snakes, this organization is writhing with them. More
It has been 2 months since I purchased my car from CMP GM, since that time I have have tried with no luck to contact my sales person and also the used car manager, all I ever get in voice mail and not onc GM, since that time I have have tried with no luck to contact my sales person and also the used car manager, all I ever get in voice mail and not once in 2 months has anyone returned my calls. I got a call from the person that follows up of after sale to see if I was happy with my purchase, even when telling her I was not and explaining my problem still no one bothered calling back to address my concerns. CMP a day approval and the car was ready to be picked up. I recommend Collin, if u want a professional and fast service. Now to get my family on board. More

The service Department on Nov 13th 2023 9:15am I dropped my Truck off for wheel Alignment. When I pick my Truck up at 3:30pm. I received my truck and pulled out of the bay and I started hear a ticking comin my Truck off for wheel Alignment. When I pick my Truck up at 3:30pm. I received my truck and pulled out of the bay and I started hear a ticking coming from my calliper. So I turned back and pulled into the bay where I went to talk with Seamus Toner to explain the sounds that’s coming from my calliper. He walk away to ask a coworker about it and then came back to me and told me there’s nothing he can do and that I have to figure it out myself! So I had to pull out of the bay and park in the parking lot and Jack up my Truck and take each wheel off and tighten the callipers. This complete xxxxxxxxx service. I’ve been coming here for 5years now and the experience make me thinking about not coming back… I would like also to make a comment about their survey they alway send out after service and I always do them. But this time I had a bad experience and now they don’t send it out!? Funny how that work. I’m a Vary loyal customer but this kinda service will couse me take my business elsewhere… More

I ended up buying a 2014 Silverado High Country and I was excited to find my dream truck. I paid cash with all my savings and thought I made a good decision. Well a thousand kilometres later I’ve had to invest 10+ grand. Was promised it would pass an out of province yet failed miserably. The service department butchered the alignment and when they delivered it the front tires were ruined. The serpentine belt was split in two and it had no muffler either. Cost me just under 3000$ to get an out of province pass. Then after owning it less than a month the transmission failed. 7000$ later my truck is now functioning as intended like it was promised. The service department manager has ghosted me now going on over a month. Was promised that they would refund for some of the work needed to pass the out of province but to no avail nothing. So now here I sit frustrated, taken advantage of, out of savings and in debt. Worst off they sent me on a test drive with my two boys knowing the alignment was faulty(relieved nothing happens while on Deerfoot). I brought it up when returning after and was assured that the alignment would be looked at before delivery. Just no care taken. They don’t care about their customers. Should’ve just went to an auction. More
