Bob Thompson is awesome I was on the search for a nice pre-owned vehicle and saw some possibilities on the CMP website. I stopped by CMP and was greeted by Bob Thompson. Bob I was on the search for a nice pre-owned vehicle and saw some possibilities on the CMP website. I stopped by CMP and was greeted by Bob Thompson. Bob was smiling and very approachable, not the stereotypical used car salesman. Bob asked me some very good questions and found out what I was looking for. We went for a test drive in one potential car and I felt very comfortable with Bob. After speaking some more, I decided that I needed to do some thinking. Not once did Bob make me feel bad for wanting to think about my purchase. The next day, I scheduled a time to go back and see Bob. after arriving, I went on another test drive with Bob in a different car. Bob let me know all the things that made the two cars that I was thinking about....I chose my car, with no pressure and Bob made me feel excited about my purchase. I visited the business office and I felt very good there too! No pressure was given to buy any of there products. I was given a very nice presentation on what they offer and could make a good educated decision. After finishing there, I was shocked when Bob told me I could pick up the car the next day!!!! Awesome!!!! I went to the dealership the next day and the car was ready to roll. Some quick paperwork and the car was mine. This was one of the best purchasing experiences in my life. Thank you to Bob and all the staff at CMP. I will enjoy my car for years to come and will tell my friends to visit Bob for their next purchase. More
