Lovely Experience :) I called Finance Manager Billy Romeike one afternoon to inquire about new financing/trade-in options for my 2014 GMC Terrain after going through a tro I called Finance Manager Billy Romeike one afternoon to inquire about new financing/trade-in options for my 2014 GMC Terrain after going through a troublesome divorce. He related to me on a personal level immediately and understood I was really nervous about what my options were. Would I be approved, would I get a bad deal, what if I buy a dud? etc... Billy helped me through the process of pre-approval, he knew I was nervous and did a great job of pairing me with a salesmen (Bob Thomson) who was lovely to deal with. Bob was patient and kind, he is a no pressure sales guy which made me feel comfortable. He listened to my needs and I think I asked him probably a million questions. When it came time to making a decision Bob made sure to walk me over all of the paperwork slowly and in detail, making sure I understood everything in it entirety. I felt confident I was getting into something safe and reliable (and of course a little more fun then the Terrain!). Billy went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible financing and interest rate at the banks in an effort to make sure we stuck to my budget and the sales manager helped a little on the price as well. All in all, great service, attentive staff and I'm zipping around in my Infiniti G37x like a boss :) Thanks guys! More

Worst customer service I have had. Sitting in the lounge here at CMP, my vehicle has been here since last Thursday morning to get the rear shocks replaced. Going on 20 minutes for them to get my bill ready for me to pay, even though they called to tell me it was ready at 5 pm yesterday. Very frustrating after all the phone calls and voicemails I left, even had to drive back here during the time it was here to get some where because no one could get me an answer over the phone. More
