Lemon Car Bought 2013 Chevy Malibu from this dealer and a month later it started having issues. This was not covered since it was not part of power train. Ever since then whenever I go for oil change there is an issue with the car but lucky enough it is covered by warranty since the subsequent issues arise from power train. Beware of buying used cars they have on their lot from rental companies and they will not admit that they got them drom rental companies. I was lucky enough to find a stuck of rental receipts in the car. More

They were both honest with me, giving me the pros and cons and always had my best interest in mind. Philip was amazing! He was efficient and knew exactly what I wanted and needed. He stayed within my budget and did his very best to make my experience enjoyable (truly had fun from the start to end). He was patient and always answered my questions; to the extent where he would walk back and forth with me from new building to used building or to the car numerous times just to make things clear for me. He took the extra mile to make sure I was well informed and was confident and ready to buy. Ryan made sure I had all the information I needed financially and explained every little detail I needed to know about warranties. He was easy going and no pressure at all to purchase add ons for my car; he educated me about what they offer, the reason behind them and gave me time to consider without the push. In the end I came to CMP to look for a car I would need and came home with a car I needed, wanted and love, an amazing stress free finance plan, and a fantastic experience for my first time car purchase. CMP!! I went in to look for a truck on a Friday afternoon and by Monday morning I was driving home in my dream truck for a lot less then expected. He showed me how to use all the fancy new features on my truck, broke everything down into baby steps for me, and checked in with me later on to see how I was liking everything.
