Working with Phillip Dagadog I came into CMP for the first time after coming from another dealer that I have past history with. There was nothing wrong with the other dealer, I j I came into CMP for the first time after coming from another dealer that I have past history with. There was nothing wrong with the other dealer, I just wanted to shop around and look for the best deal. Phillip was the first person we saw in the dealership and he immediately introduced himself to us. We quickly explained what we were looking for and knew exactly which vehicle we were speaking about on the CMP ads!! He explained to us about the offer and that it was unlikely another dealer could match it. He even went online to show us that competitors did not have the same selection for the vehicle we wanted. We made an offer and Phillip graciously took it for approval. After we had settled on CMP’s “best deal”, I called my previous dealer to give them a fair shot at it. As Phillip had predicted, they could not quite match the deal and we purchased from CMP. During the entire process, Phillip was very accommodating and gracious and answered all of our questions quickly and professionally. I have had to contact Phillip a few times since picking up our new vehicle and he has maintained his gracious manner and quick response time! I look forward to working with Phillip as our vehicle gets maintained and for our future purchasing needs. Unfortunately at the time we couldn't get a truck and settled on a car. With John and Joel's amazing work they put our dream years ahead of schedule. The level of professionalism John and Joel showed us was like not other. Moment John called me he was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I decided to make trip to see him and it couldn't have gone any better. The moment we walked in the cmp dealership we were greated with smiles and hellos may I help you. All staff top notch.
