We got our 2014 cruze at cmp and were welcomed back by John to look into getting our truck. The truck had been a dream of ours since before the car. Unfortunately at the time we couldn't get a truck and settled on a car. With John and Joel's amazing work they put our dream years ahead of schedule. The level of professionalism John and Joel showed us was like not other. Moment John called me he was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I decided to make trip to see him and it couldn't have gone any better. The moment we walked in the cmp dealership we were greated with smiles and hellos may I help you. All staff top notch. But John stands out seriously made us both feel like family at cmp. Joel was amazing his knowledge and advise will help me over the next few years finalcial wise. Walking is threw every step knowing every answer on the spot no matter what he knew it. These gentlemen did my fiance and I something other dealerships said they could do but ended up making us feel lower after it was over. I can happily say once we came back to cmp we knew we where home. It's been our family dealership for many years. My father bought 3 vehicles from cmp iv got 2 under my belt. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY CMP SERVICE DEPT WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCED FROM CMP SERVICE MANAGERS. We have bought two cars from CMP Calgary NE location. While buying CMP offered first fr WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCED FROM CMP SERVICE MANAGERS. We have bought two cars from CMP Calgary NE location. While buying CMP offered first free oil change for both the cars and issued 2 coupons. Unfortunately we missed the coupons and we were about to inform CMP. But in between we got a customer survey call from CMP and we have informed them about the missing coupons. They have confirmed that, since it is there in the records no need to worry and they assured the free oil change without coupon. Later when we called CMP service at Calgary NE location, after checking with the Assistant Service Manager, confirmed that they cannot do the free oil without coupon. So we have contacted Service Manager as well with our concerns. He started explaining how coupon works in a harsh way. Just for $60 we did not want to listen his story. Request to the top Management While buying the cars we got decent customer service from Mr.Collin Frank. However your service manager’s (both, Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager) attitude towards customers is the worst we have ever experienced. We never expected these kind of ridiculous and baseless explanations. So request CMP top management to focus on these serious customer concerns and please advice your service managers to provide decent customer service , which is a basic requirement for any business.
