The customer service lounge has comfortable seating, reading materials and complimentary fresh beverages. The dealership makes a strong commitment to honoring appointment times. Special requests have always been cheerfully done, eg. could the technician check the brake pad wear when changing over the winter tires? There is really no reason to get your Toyota serviced anywhere else. More
New Rav I went in to just get pricing and ended up purchasing. I'd like to mention that I'd been loyal to another dealership for 11years. Emmisions Test Advisor allowed me to delay the emissions test to save the cost. Found a nial in the rear tyre and fixed it. I took my car in to have the brakes checked they were making a noise. After being checked I was told by the Advisor that it was just dust and a run on the highway woulf fix it. A week later I went to Green & Ross to have my summer tyres put on and they asked me if I wanted my brakes serviced and they showed me my front brakes that had hardly any pad left. Obviously they had not been checked by Toyota and I was lied to. I took my car back in and they did the brakes and gave me a $50 discount for my inconvenience.!!!!!!!! I have not seen that Service Advisor since. My daughter brought her new Rav 4 in for service and the oil was changed. She is a vet in Pembroke. When she got back there she noticed a silver cap with the Toyota Logo on it on her driveway. She took it to the local dealership and it was the tool for removing and replacing the oil drain plug. It had not been tightened properly. She had a 6 hour drive and it could have ruined her engine plus stranded her with no cell service. Not very good. I did not report it because she did not tell me until some time later. So while I've had my venza serviced there all the time and will continue to do so, these 2 instances maybe show and underlying problem. More
