Service center continues to be very impressive I have been a Burlington Toyota customer for over 28 years and have always been very happy with how they handle their vehicle service. My two cars were serviced (one needing brake maintenance and tire rotation) in about 3 hours, including me bringing them in one at at time. The Advisor was, as always, very courteous and helpful, even in what appeared to be a very busy day for the service center. As soon as each car was finished the Advisor found me, explained the invoice, and I was able to be on my way very quickly. I have no recent experience with other car dealership service departments, but I doubt any can top that of Burlington Toyota. More

O2 Sensor My Check Engine light went off a month ago and dropped my car off to get it checked and cleared. Found out it was my O2 sensor being faulty. The car only had 36000km and was 3yr 4months old which I found strange. Since the code was cleared the check engine stayed off, but I was told it would come on again, it was a matter of time. I was told I could have the sensor replaced at a reduced price since my car was of low km`s. When the sensor was replaced I was told the error came up because the sensor was covered in undercoating since I take my car every year to Krown Undercoating to protect the car. So, if I continue getting the car undercoated I will probably get the error again if I wish to keep my car protected or let the car rust out......choices More

Amazing staff. I really enjoy going to this dealership. We've bought both our vehicles from them and always have them serviced there.
