He also understands as a parent with three kids and as the cars I have get older there are some repairs I will do myself to keep the cost down. He gives me great advice on how to do simple things which I also research on the web and when is best to let the dealership handle the more complicated repairs. His input and validation gives me comfort and that is why I call him up and arrange all my service appointments with him only.
