I am never left with the impression t I am always extremely happy with the exceptional service provided to me at the Burlington Toyota Service Centre. I am never left with the impression that unnecessary services are being done. The quality of service remains consistent and the staff are knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I gladly don't mind if something takes a bit longer because I don't feel like I need to worry about how a service of my car is going to turn out. I guess my only constructive comment would be that I need to work my schedule around to fit the availability of the service schedule. An easier drop in visit option would be nice but in the end, I can't trade quality and knowing something is being done right the first time for ease of appointments. Consistent experience almost every time Simple oil and filter service, dropped off. Asked them not to check cabin filter because the latch is broken, they did exactly as I asked. Called me to advise that there were some other items that need attention, and my immediate reaction was "Oh oh, here comes the old hard sell!" Turns out I had a light burnt out, rear wiper is in need of changing, and a couple clips underneath should really be replaced. Told them to go ahead with the light only, I can do the rest myself.. Picked up the car, the bill was an extra $1.40 for the bulb, And they even washed it. I don't live or work in Burlington but this is why I go to this dealership for all my service. More

Great oil change I booked an appointment for an oil change and I got in earlier which was great. I wasn’t sure how much it would cost and was ready to dish out $90 as I booked an appointment for an oil change and I got in earlier which was great.
