It was truly a quick and pleasant experience that I couldn't believe was possible in a car dealership. On the day we came to get the car, Joe asked a man from the garage to remove a few marks I noticed inside the car. Once again that man was efficient and courteous with me. (Sorry I can't remember his name). We needed Nick to show us a lot about the technological console. He answered every question and told us not to hesitate to come back if we had more. Rav 4 service I drove into the service bay and was attended to before I got out of the car. I was looked after by Eric who explained the job and also spent time che I drove into the service bay and was attended to before I got out of the car. I was looked after by Eric who explained the job and also spent time checking the status of my other vehicle. I was directed to the customer lounge for coffee and read the newspapers. Eric informed me that the wiper blades were not good, I had forgotten to ask, and suggested replacement. Shortly all was looked after and they kindly ran the RAV through the car wash. When paying I was presented with an excellent Toyota BBQ tool. More
