So I drove to the service bay the morning of Dec 3 and was greeted by Matt. He told me the alternator was bad, and to leave the car with him. My service was completed as expected and within the time allotted, as always. As usual, all of the employees that I had interaction with were polite, pleasant and accommodating. I simply asked what could I do about the scratches and he immediately grabbed his tools and did the job. And he made a joke when I asked what I owed him for the repair.
