They were extremely curious and respectful of my time and preferences and I would not hesitate to buy or lease a vehicle from them in the future. I was a loyal customer of one of the top two Japanese car makers however, their sales techniques and high pricing drove me away. Excellent value for money and a pleasurable purchasing experience. Sales staff are great - Service is not so great. I bought a 2014 Nissan Versa Note. Had a few minor issues which they took care of but not until I insisted there was a problem and after they wasted I bought a 2014 Nissan Versa Note. Each time I presented a concern/problem - service report came back as "No Fault Found" and I was sent on my way with not even an explanation. I've owned many different vehicles in my life (Chevy, Ford, Dodge, Toyota, Datsun) and I never heard so much rhetoric coming out of the mouths of these service people. More
