They were friendly, accommodating, and did not hold me hostage with sales tactics (another brand had done this to me which brought me to Nissan). They were extremely curious and respectful of my time and preferences and I would not hesitate to buy or lease a vehicle from them in the future. I was a loyal customer of one of the top two Japanese car makers however, their sales techniques and high pricing drove me away. Excellent value for money and a pleasurable purchasing experience. More
Sales staff are great - Service is not so great. I bought a 2014 Nissan Versa Note. Had a few minor issues which they took care of but not until I insisted there was a problem and after they wasted I bought a 2014 Nissan Versa Note. Had a few minor issues which they took care of but not until I insisted there was a problem and after they wasted my time in my 4 separate visits to them. Each time I presented a concern/problem - service report came back as "No Fault Found" and I was sent on my way with not even an explanation. I've owned many different vehicles in my life (Chevy, Ford, Dodge, Toyota, Datsun) and I never heard so much rhetoric coming out of the mouths of these service people. More

Valued Customer - Never Returning I purchased a new Rogue from the dealership, the sales person Jeff Novetel was brilliant, unfortunately the remaining sales team would rather lark aro I purchased a new Rogue from the dealership, the sales person Jeff Novetel was brilliant, unfortunately the remaining sales team would rather lark around instead of helping customers......returned to purchase another vehicle from them, took over a month to get a response from an enquiry, unfortunately Jeff had left, eventually went to view a 2nd Nissan to purchase, test drove it, enquired about the repairs to the scratches and rust spot on the hood, was promised a call back within 24/48hrs and once again they failed to bother returning the call........all the sales person could tell us when we were there was how he looked after his clients, had numerous trophies and would definetely call us at the latest 48hrs later........ermmmmm epic fail. Advice go to another Nissan Dealership as Burlington couldn't care less about their repeat customers and must be making too much money............ More
Waste of Time I inquired about a 2014 model earlier today, and was told there was one left, and if I were to drop by I could purchase it upon review. As I live about 45mins from Burlington, I called before I left, asked if the car was still available, and upon being told it was, I went to check it out. There was nobody in the showroom when I got in, someone (who I later found out was the manager) was sitting in his office, playing a game on his phone, and finally someone came out to help. Turns out, the car was sold earlier that morning -knowledge I could have done with in my latest phone call. This service is absolutely unacceptable. Get your xxxx together. More
