Bunch of con men I own a Nissan Rouge 2014 model with runflat tires. Last year, I had a nail puncture my runflat tire and I immediatley drove it to the dealership to I own a Nissan Rouge 2014 model with runflat tires. Last year, I had a nail puncture my runflat tire and I immediatley drove it to the dealership to get it fixed. I must have driven only 5 KMs after I ran over the nail. Upon reaching, they told me that the nail has punctured too far and that I need to buy a new tire since this one is a gonner. Not being the expert, I boought the new runflat tyres. Last month, the same thing happened again and I was told to buy the new tire again. However, I thought this was ridiculous since runflats are supposed to run even after a puncture. So I went to Costco and brought my last year tire as well. The guy at costco said there was nothing wrong with both the tires and that both of them can be easily fixed. He charged me only $24 for fixing both tires. This dealership charged me $45 to temporary fix the one tire and asked me to buy the new tire for $350 + tax. If I were to do what they asked me, Iit would have costed me 2X350 + 45 = 745 + taxes, the costco option costed me $24. I've been using both tires for a month now without any problem. More

Although I didn't end up buying the vehicle I liked because of my kids not being satisfied, the level of service throughout was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. A special mention needs to made of Phil Mitchell who went above and beyond to make the deal happen and more importantly was a man of his word when I had to back out of the deal. Trust is a rare commodity in the used car business and that is why I have no hesitation in recommending Burlington Nissan. More
Excellent service I went in to get a part for my roof rack that had fallen off. John in the parts dept. was very helpful. I then got an oil change in the express lane- there was no lineup. I waited in the waiting area that is fully equipped with tea/coffee magazines and a big tv. I had prompt service and to my surprise Nissan had given my car a wash ; which was much needed. All around excellent service! I will be using this dealership for all my future service. As cautious buyers, we wanted to make the right car choice for our family. We were able to obtain the information we wanted and given time to compare options at this location and others. In the end it was an easy choice for us. When you buy a car, you need to trust that the maintenance team will be there to support you. This location has the best of both worlds.
