Very friendly, courteous and patient service. As a female senior citizen, it is sometimes intimidating to deal with issues in a predominantly male industry. Bunch of con men I own a Nissan Rouge 2014 model with runflat tires. Last year, I had a nail puncture my runflat tire and I immediatley drove it to the dealership to I own a Nissan Rouge 2014 model with runflat tires. Last year, I had a nail puncture my runflat tire and I immediatley drove it to the dealership to get it fixed. I must have driven only 5 KMs after I ran over the nail. Upon reaching, they told me that the nail has punctured too far and that I need to buy a new tire since this one is a gonner. Not being the expert, I boought the new runflat tyres. Last month, the same thing happened again and I was told to buy the new tire again. However, I thought this was ridiculous since runflats are supposed to run even after a puncture. So I went to Costco and brought my last year tire as well. The guy at costco said there was nothing wrong with both the tires and that both of them can be easily fixed. He charged me only $24 for fixing both tires. This dealership charged me $45 to temporary fix the one tire and asked me to buy the new tire for $350 + tax. If I were to do what they asked me, Iit would have costed me 2X350 + 45 = 745 + taxes, the costco option costed me $24. I've been using both tires for a month now without any problem. More
