We originally were looking for a new Frontier and Matthew showed us a slightly used truck that turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Once we agreed to purchase, he looked after all the details. Because the truck was used, there were some scratches or "wear and tear" on one side of the dash area. This would have been an expensive part to replace if we wanted to but agreed to just leave it the way it was. When we arrived to take delivery of the truck, we were overwhelmed with how Matthew and one of the guys in service touched up the scratched part! It looked brand new! Truly amazing! The truck was perfect upon delivery as they completed all the extras like installing g the step rails we ordered and the custom front floor mats. But Matthew included beautiful rear floor mats for us as well. Just going the "extra mile" to ensure we were happy. And we are completely satisfied customers! More

accomodating and friendly brought my company car in to remove winter tires and basic service. They apologized that it was very busy and offered me an office to work in, which brought my company car in to remove winter tires and basic service. They apologized that it was very busy and offered me an office to work in, which was amazing. After two hours, they discovered that I needed my brakes done so they offered me a loaner which allowed me to get on with my day. I kept the loaner overnight and returned it at my convenience the next morning. My car was ready and waiting for me :) More
