I took time off work to drive from Etobicoke, Ontario to Oakville so that I could accompany my elderly parents to the Burlington dealership as it would be their first visit. On early arrival for our appointment, Mr Martyn advised they had 14 vehicles backed up and would not get to our car today. The appointment was for 1:30 pm and we arrived at 1:10 pm. I am disappointed that no one from servicing called me to at least notify me of the backlog as it would have saved me and my parents the drive to the dealership and time off work. What is the point of the online booking system when your told when you arrive that it's too busy? What is the point of the online booking system when you indicate that you want a call back as well and no phone call? Very disappointed as the dealership was recommended to me by a co-worker. More

Great sales experience. Matthew went the extra mile. Matthew and his team are fantastic and made the entire purchasing experience a pleasure. We originally were looking for a new Frontier and Matthew sh Matthew and his team are fantastic and made the entire purchasing experience a pleasure. We originally were looking for a new Frontier and Matthew showed us a slightly used truck that turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Once we agreed to purchase, he looked after all the details. Because the truck was used, there were some scratches or "wear and tear" on one side of the dash area. This would have been an expensive part to replace if we wanted to but agreed to just leave it the way it was. When we arrived to take delivery of the truck, we were overwhelmed with how Matthew and one of the guys in service touched up the scratched part! It looked brand new! Truly amazing! The truck was perfect upon delivery as they completed all the extras like installing g the step rails we ordered and the custom front floor mats. But Matthew included beautiful rear floor mats for us as well. Just going the "extra mile" to ensure we were happy. And we are completely satisfied customers! More
