Amazing customer service Nissan makes decent cars, but customer service sucks in most dealerships, including head office if you have an issue. Any one would be nice so that they can sell a car, and one sales man at Burlington Nissan doesn't fall under that category either. I live in different city but I still drive to Burlington Nissan to get service done since the techs there are amazing, but the BEST part at that dealership is that Dean at service desk looks after you, he is very kind and honest, and he is always friendly and helpful. I made what I thought was a reasonable offer, the salesman spoke to the Sales Manger and we agreed on the price. Total lapse time 6 minutes. The cost of the 2017 Pathfinder was fair as was the trade-in amount for my 2015 Pathfinder. I have no reservations around recommending the dealership or the staff. Kent Laidlaw More
