Car looked Great! I took my Mercedes C300 in for a detailing service as Nissan seemed to be the only dealership with a full detailing department. The only thing that made this a 4 star experience is the rims (notoriously "dusty" on Mercedes because of ceramic brakes) could have been cleaner. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Within minutes Michael L. had us out for a test drive in a Leaf. I was sold, not only with the amazing EV but with the knowledge and friendliness of Michael - how can anyone remember that much about a car - the details - so many details! I have a feeling the NIssan moved heaven and earth to get me my car before the rebate ran out and before my vacation began on Aug. 23. I so appreciate that effort.
