Both individuals went out of their way to service our needs in test driving their pre-owned Forester and Crosstrek. models. We arrived near closing, wishing to test drive a vehicle and rather than postponing it another day, Richard gladly accommodated us without hesitation even though this would cause a later departure for him after closing. I wanted to thank both Richard and Ryan, as both were very professional, kind and approachable with great knowledge of their vehicles. I look forward to owning a Subaru soon. More

Attention to detail I went in to this dealership knowing what car I wanted after having to replace my Subaru Forester after it was totaled by a driver who was driving a m I went in to this dealership knowing what car I wanted after having to replace my Subaru Forester after it was totaled by a driver who was driving a much larger vehicle and who decided to not pay attention to a red light! My Subaru held up well so I knew that another Forester was for me. Richard was able to find exactly the colour and model. He was extremely attentive and very professional. Buying an off lease forester We decided we didn’t like leasing, so we traded up to owning a 2018 Forester limited. The salesman made the experience pleasant and unstressful. The newer model Forester solved the very few complaints we had about our 2016 lease. There was the promise of some cost savings that didn’t materialize but we felt that we got a reasonable deal on an suv with some impressive safety upgrades. I recommend the Forester without reservation especially if you need some off road stability, and Budds is a comfortable and trustworthy dealer for sales and service. More
