Oil change I just went for an oil change and noticed that this Subaru dealership in Oakville charge at least 50% more for an oil change in comparison to Mississa I just went for an oil change and noticed that this Subaru dealership in Oakville charge at least 50% more for an oil change in comparison to Mississauga or Ajax Subaru dealerships where I used to go for an oil change. I paid for an oil change around $130 including tax. When I asked the Service Rep why it is the price difference, I was told that they have the same pricing as the other Subaru dealerships. Plus when I got my car back from the service the car was not washed as the other Subaru dealerships did in the past for the same service. More

If you say yes to a small additional repair, he takes it as an opportunity to pile on a bunch of additional expensive repairs. Had the worst customer service experience of my life. Never had any problems so when it was time to get my new car it was an easy choice. I got a very good trade in on my car which helped a lot. Keith was recommended to me as he used to work with my brother at a previous job. Keith was amazing, he took great care with me and my future car. I was kept up to date and most of all he is a wonderful person. I never felt that he was trying to sell me a car but rather help me make the choice.
