I have been receiving "over the top" service at Budds' Subaru since approximately 2012. Budds' entire dealership and its service department demonstrate a culture of highly effective "family care". This is why I own two Subarus today and will buy Subaru indefinitely. Robbie's (Service Manager)entire staff from the front service desk, to his expert technicians (most, if not all, are Grand Master certified), and the cleanup department excel at what they do and are never too busy take time to talk to you, when you are in the dealership. Robbie's service department's integrity, expertise and care exceed any service that I have ever received from any car dealership, ever. I really am treated and care for like family. No remotely reasonable request is ever denied. My service representative Aaron makes my visits to Budds' an enjoyable event. I couldn't be in better/more capable hands. He is doing a fine job of mentoring Meegan and she in relatively short time at Budds' is embracing the family friendly culture. In a closing note, I always leave Budd's feeling that my vehicles have received the best service possible and that I always receive a lot of value for my money spent. More

Winter tire- Summer tire switch All went well, and it was quick enough. My only issue is with the cost, including storage. Certainly higher priced than tire services, like Jensen. I have used Subaru up until now because I was able to time my tire switch with a service. This time it was just a tire switch and it seemed expensive. More

I like taking cars to their respective brand dealers for service, thinking that the car will get the best care being worked on by technicians that are I like taking cars to their respective brand dealers for service, thinking that the car will get the best care being worked on by technicians that are familiar with the vehicle brand, etc. I may re-think this strategy for tire changeovers...I took my wife's Accord Crosstour to Honda on the weekend for the exact same service. They charged me 37+tax. At Subaru, this was 57+tax. Counting spring and fall, for a few years, and the difference really adds up. (Yes, Honda washed the car as well. And the Crosstour wheels are heavier to work with -- I lift them into the car; it's noticeable.) This appointment was easy, and everything went well, but I'm not sure I see the value for the higher pricing. I didn't mention anything to the service advisor, because I didn't realize there was such a price difference until I got home and compared invoices. More

I live in Cambridge and I have had several terrible experiences with Gemini. I had decided not to continue with Subaru because of Gemini after a terrible experience with my 2010 Subaru. But my relationship with Subaru was salvaged by Stratford Subaru (very good dealership).. However, Stratford is in the opposite direction to where I normally travel. If it weren't for Budd's and their excellent and honest customer service.... I would not have continued with Subaru for my next vehicle. However, I now have a new 2017 Subaru Outback. Can you not have someone else takeover the Gemini dealership?? More
