On my last visit they took my car into the shop within 15 min of my seeing the service advisor. Part of their valuing a customer is shown by appreciating and recognizing the value of my time. Bravo. Another great feature of the service experience is that on completion of the service and car wash Budds Subaru parks my car at the door so I don't have to walk and look for it -- other dealers give you the car key and direct you to a general area where car is parked. Also appreciate that the service advisor gives me an estimate as to the cost of my next service. Good for budgeting. More
